Second Point/ I would highly recommend you call Kameron Mills as your agent, by pass all the top agents that come up in a serch as your LISTING agent. Kameron is also backed by his broker of over 30 in real estate experience. You will be glad you did! You will save Money and Time. Kameron was the only agent in Lake City that got off his Ass and contacted me and came out to see the property. At that time Kameron did not know if I would list with him, as I told him I was only interviewing agents at this time as had a bad experiance with the first realtor that wasted 6 month low ratesI I told Kameron that I would hire him to represent the buyer as there agent. Kameron stood up and said well Mr Giffen If I am going to find a buyer for your property I need to know more to put a plan on how to feature all the things the property offered to my buyer. so as I took him around I saw he was taking notes on a pad. this was different as preforming a test on the generac generator is not as easy as i thinks. It did not take long to know Kameron was the best, as the others failed to even show up or were not focused on selling but only listing. Kameron Mills is on the ball! To make matters more complex, I was leaving the country to my other home in Nicargua for the winter. I left the listing with Kameron and said see you in April. I knew I Kameron was quite capable and in time became the property manager going over to check on the property almost every few days. If your a snowbird and you want to leave the home for sale while you are away Kameron is your Guy! ( My frustration with agents in Lake City is they are not interested in coming out to preview the property before and not having any clue about what they were selling wont sell a property this is Lazy selling. Kameron on the other hand is Quite different when we did find the buyer I was not not able to return till after closing to pick up my belongings. Kameron went above and beyond packed up things I needed to take with me on my behalf. Thank God Kameron was different in Lake City , I call him Superman!

We told Leigh Ann we needed to find something pretty quick being school had already started and we needed to get our girls into school but we didn't know which one to put them in yet.
