Right away, Michael began to do the job of a top-notch realtor; you would have thought he had been a long time realtor. He put our home on the market and began searching for us. He did such a good job that we sold before we knew what hit us! He spent countless hours sending us information on listings, scheduling appointments, looking into all possibilities; it wasnt easy. I will be the first to admit that I am a picky customer! But, Michael looked beyond that and searched for the perfect one. He did a lot of encouraging us not to give up: "The right one will come. Dont give up." Finally we looked at a listing that I purposely overlooked (only because of my pickiness). Michael scheduled an appointment to view the listing. He had me to imagine all the imperfections being changed....finally, I saw a vision of just what I wanted. Immediately, Michael began the paperwork. He bent over backwards to have everything done on a timely matter. After living in our camper for 2 months, again because of me being picky, we signed on our new home. I love Lake City as one of the best cities in Florida that has not been discovered and has so much to offer. First point/ I recommend Next Home Gateway Realty as the commission is 5% instead of 6%. Second Point/ I would highly recommend you call Kameron Mills as your agent, by pass all the top agents that come up in a serch as your LISTING agent. Kameron is also backed by his broker of over 30 in real estate experience. You will be glad you did! You will save Money and Time. Kameron was the only agent in Lake City that got off his Ass and contacted me and came out to see the property. At that time Kameron did not know if I would list with him, as I told him I was only interviewing agents at this time as had a bad experiance with the first realtor that wasted 6 month low ratesI I told Kameron that I would hire him to represent the buyer as there agent. Kameron stood up and said well Mr Giffen If I am going to find a buyer for your property I need to know more to put a plan on how to feature all the things the property offered to my buyer. so as I took him around I saw he was taking notes on a pad. this was different as preforming a test on the generac generator is not as easy as i thinks. It did not take long to know Kameron was the best, as the others failed to even show up or were not focused on selling but only listing. Kameron Mills is on the ball! To make matters more complex, I was leaving the country to my other home in Nicargua for the winter. I left the listing with Kameron and said see you in April. I knew I Kameron was quite capable and in time became the property manager going over to check on the property almost every few days. If your a snowbird and you want to leave the home for sale while you are away Kameron is your Guy! ( My frustration with agents in Lake City is they are not interested in coming out to preview the property before and not having any clue about what they were selling wont sell a property this is Lazy selling. Kameron on the other hand is Quite different when we did find the buyer I was not not able to return till after closing to pick up my belongings. Kameron went above and beyond packed up things I needed to take with me on my behalf. Thank God Kameron was different in Lake City , I call him Superman!
