We contacted her to let her know we intended to list one of our investment properties with her, but we had some work to complete to get it ready to sell. She called within a few days and asked if she could show it, we told her it wasn’t, ready to show yet but she assured us it would be ok. She showed it and the next day had a contract for us at asking price. When her customer had a little problem with financing, she walked them through everything, they were approved and completed the purchase.
