To make matters more complex, I was leaving the country to my other home in Nicargua for the winter. I left the listing with Kameron and said see you in April. I knew I Kameron was quite capable and in time became the property manager going over to check on the property almost every few days. If your a snowbird and you want to leave the home for sale while you are away Kameron is your Guy! ( My frustration with agents in Lake City is they are not interested in coming out to preview the property before and not having any clue about what they were selling wont sell a property this is Lazy selling. Kameron on the other hand is Quite different when we did find the buyer I was not not able to return till after closing to pick up my belongings.
