Kameron was the only agent in Lake City that got off his Ass and contacted me and came out to see the property. At that time Kameron did not know if I would list with him, as I told him I was only interviewing agents at this time as had a bad experiance with the first realtor that wasted 6 month low ratesI I told Kameron that I would hire him to represent the buyer as there agent. Kameron stood up and said well Mr Giffen If I am going to find a buyer for your property I need to know more to put a plan on how to feature all the things the property offered to my buyer. so as I took him around I saw he was taking notes on a pad. this was different as preforming a test on the generac generator is not as easy as i thinks. It did not take long to know Kameron was the best, as the others failed to even show up or were not focused on selling but only listing. Kameron Mills is on the ball! To make matters more complex, I was leaving the country to my other home in Nicargua for the winter. I left the listing with Kameron and said see you in April. I knew I Kameron was quite capable and in time became the property manager going over to check on the property almost every few days. Leigh Ann is Awesome!! I don't think any other realtor would have gone as far as she did in helping us buy our house. We moved here to Florida from Southern Ohio with our two young girls (13 & 11). We told Leigh Ann we needed to find something pretty quick being school had already started and we needed to get our girls into school but we didn't know which one to put them in yet. She got right on it and after quite a few bumps she got it handled, she found our house and we were able to get our girls in school. As I mentioned we had quite a few bumps, well we had more to come.
